Core Personal Values Identifier

Rank what matters to you most and discover the core principles that should guide your biggest decisions.

Living in Value Alignment

When your daily actions align with your core values, life feels meaningful and decisions come naturally. When they do not, you feel restless, unfulfilled, or stuck without knowing exactly why. Most dissatisfaction in life comes from living out of alignment with what truly matters to you.

Navigating Life Choices

Knowing your top five non-negotiable values makes career shifts, relationship decisions, and lifestyle changes much clearer. If freedom is in your top five, a job with rigid hours will never satisfy you no matter the salary. If family is core, a move across the world needs to account for that.

How the Ranking Works

You are presented with 30 core values drawn from psychology research — things like adventure, security, creativity, loyalty, independence, and belonging. By ranking them in order of importance, the tool identifies the values that truly drive your decisions versus the ones you think should matter.

Using Your Results

Write your top five values somewhere visible. For the next month, before any major decision, ask yourself: does this choice honor my top values? If the answer is no more than once or twice, you are living in alignment. If it is often no, something needs to change.
